CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
- In any case, Pro IT Academy cancels an event, the candidate will get a complete refund.
- If a candidate cancels 10 days or more before the start of Training, 10% of the total payment will be deducted as administrative expenses, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- There will be no refund if a candidate cancels within 7 days of the training or fails to address the training course. As a consideration, the candidate is permitted to participate in a prospective training course within six months of the cancellation date, subject to batch availability.
- Pro IT Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event or change the location of an event due to insufficient attendance, teacher illness, or natural disasters (like earthquakes, floods, and other such.)
- Complete training materials will be given only after the full fee has been paid.
- In any case, refunds are handled by the accounts department, and the minimum period required to generate a refund ranges from 30 to 45 days.
- The candidate is required to preserve receipts and other records for potential reference.
- In the event of a refund, taxes would not be reimbursed.
- Courses that have been discounted will not be refunded.
Common Terms
When a candidate enrolls in a Pro IT Academy course, he/she adhere to the terms mentioned below. We retain the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to change this policy at any time.
If a candidate has completed a course, he/she can submit a testimonial, which may be posted on our website, in the testimonials section, or on our social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
- The candidate should be aware that publicly accessible information will be used to send unsolicited promotional messages. We are not liable for whatever personal information he/she chooses to perceive.
- Our courses are completely accessible and adaptable to change at any time. We are always working to improve the course content and delivery, so if the candidate is ever dissatisfied with the teaching process, then our only suggestion is to stop using our training services.
- We post common Terms and Policies across each premise, and candidates are required to read them before enrolling in the course.
Right to Reserve
- Pro IT Academy retains the right, at sole discretion, to refuse to represent candidates who are accused of breaching company policies or sharing course content.
- Pro IT Academy retains the ability, at its sole discretion, to revise these Terms at any period and without notification, rather than by publishing the revised Terms on the website.
